All commercial engagements, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms are governed by distinct Statements of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreements (MSA), or contract addenda executed between the client and Sahay Consulting LLC.

When creating an account on our candidate or administrator dashboards, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and session tokens, as well as for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

By submitting your resume, CV, employment history, contact details, or portfolio through our career portals or application forms, you warrant that all submitted details are authentic, truthful, and owned by you. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, contract award, interview scheduling, or visa sponsorship. Sahay Consulting reserves the right to verify credentials, employment eligibility, and background checks in accordance with applicable federal, state, and international employment regulations.
